Best Day OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!

Well we call it Primary school in Australia, but same thing. Our grade 6 class ran the school assembly on one of our last days of school. Among other things, we were also presented with a special pen each with the name of the school on it. Leading up to the final week of school we also had a number of fundraisers to pay for our graduation. One of them was selling Zooper Doopers (icypoles/popcicles) to other students, another was a lunchtime concert where small groups of us did dances. On the day of our graduation we went home and got dressed up and came back to the school at about 5pm. Each of us had made a poster with photos and info about our school years which was hung on the wall. We all had a turn to give a speech about what we liked about Primary school and what we learned, as well as what we were looking forward to at high school. Then after that the principal gave a speech and then we took a group photo. Our parents looked at the posters we made and we got some more pics with our friends. Then the parents were all 'dismissed' and we got to party! We had a dinner and then disco. It was a great night! Then on our actual last day we all wrote on each other's school uniforms, cleaned out our desks and mucked around. :)
