The Amsterdam Rijksmuseum has announced the top ten entries for the 2017 Rijksstudio Award from a grand total of 2,600 entries. The submitted designs are all inspired by the Rijksmuseum collection and based on images from Rijksstudio.

DELFT BLUE EYES is the entry from Francine LeClercq and Ali Soltani consisting of a non prescriptive contact lens whose hydrogel surface has been printed with delft blue pattern based on the design of a XVII century plaque from the collection of the Rijksmuseum.
