We all know the sweet taste of successful cheating. No, not on your partner, but on the test that you did not prepare for simply because of who you are as a human being. As students are getting more and more cunning with their cheating skills, some teachers feel the need to take its prevention to the next level as well. For some, these examples may seem a little bit extreme, however, we can all probably agree that the majority of these efforts look hilarious. Scroll down below to see the full list and don't forget to leave votes for the ones that you like the most. In addition to this, feel free to share in the comments whether you have worn an anti-cheating hat yourself or maybe experienced other cheating deterrents first-hand while in school.

In one survey, over 70,000 high school students at over 24 US schools were questioned. 95% of them said they participated in some form of cheating and 58% admitted to plagiarism.

One study shows that some students might cheat because they have poor studying skills and are having a hard time keeping up with the material. However, some people are found to be more likely to cheat if the assessment is very high-stakes. "It creates significant pressure on students because there is so much riding on it and any little mistake can greatly affect their grade," researchers say.

Motivational theories predict that when a person perceives a low probability of success for a certain task, chances are they won't invest much effort into it. However, if the task is perceived as high-stakes and they must succeed at it at all costs, students are more likely to turn to cheating than studying.

This would actually help cheating, if everyone has their head down the umbrellas make it difficult to see what’s going on underneath them.
