This Woman Was Caught Red-Handed While Dumping Her 4 Dogs, And Got What She Deserved

It’s heartbreaking to find abandoned animals left to fend for themselves. Unfortunately, there are many irresponsible people who throw their pets away, and some don’t even bother to take them to a pet shelter.
A good Samaritan from San Antonio, Texas, tried to intervene in just an animal abuse situation. When she saw a woman throwing her four family dogs out of the car in a vacated lot, she confronted the offender. In the recording she took, we can hear her clearly stating the consequences that may follow if the woman did indeed decide to carry on being abusive to animals.
The kind Samaritan tried desperately to reason with the dog-abandoner, but even after being given directions to animal rescue services the heartless woman proceeded to dump her family pets and drive away in the most infuriating manner. One of her passengers even had the gall to flip the bird to the camera.
After authorities were informed, three of the dogs were found and delivered to a dog shelter. But the 4th dog was missing. Luckily, however, the callous ex-owner of these pets had a change of heart and helped to locate the last dog. She turned herself in after delivering the last dog to Animal care services. According to Texas law, an individual convicted of abandoning an animal may be sentenced to up to a year in county jail, and a fine of up to $4,000.
Let’s hope that this whole sorry episode will teach her, and other people, to take responsibility for their pets.

There was no change of any sort of fckng heart, the $4000 ticking bomb made her change her mind. Else her miserable and selfish inhuman as*hole self was happy to get rid of those poor souls without slightest of guilt trip. I so wish her mom/dad should have abandoned her at some stage of her life.

Being outside the US as I am, I'm not sure how animal abandonment is treated - whether as a misdemeanour or as a crime - but if not a crime it should be, and with all the attendant consequences that having a criminal record has. People need to be easily able to identify individuals who display such callous inhumanity so that they become pariahs, and so that the very act of dumping pets becomes so socially abhorrent that people are not easily tempted just to toos them out a car door instead of surrendering them to a shelter.

If you can't take care of it any more, then drop it off at a shelter and no one will have an issue with that. parents abandon their kids just like this, and the "civilized" world keep their mouth shut....someones drops their dogs on the street because they don't want them in their house anymore...and the "civilized" people react....what a bad deed that was...reacting about dogs rather than for kids.
The poor dogs, they looked so scared as she was kicking them out of the car and their faces look so sad in their mugshots.... Fingers crossed they find good homes or at least good care in the shelter :(
