Probably off-topic, but I find people using their kids to justify morally questionable or ill-considered decisions so annoying. Ms. Jamil has a point. Many points, actually.

lax Teas (as i like to call them) not only do not work the way they are promoted. you will also get : stomach pains, a Brown soup invading your panties, depending on the tea - bad breath and on top of all that some teas who use the ingredient "Senna" or "Senna leafes" have also a good Chance of you getting addicted and Building up a resistence so you Need more and more to see any "effect". been there, done that. (to my shame) when i was studying in japan a few years ago Senna Tea and the Banana diet where the latest fad and since we european gals look like the hulk in comparison to all those fragile, thin ladies strutting around in Harajuku and Shibuya i got some tea from another Student. i never regreted drinking tea that much.. oh the cramps...

I've unfriended people over this stuff. They start selling it, and turn their Facebook page into nothing more than a "Flat Tommy Tea" billboard.

Everyone is just trying to sell you stuff on social media, especially these "celebrities". They almost never have our best interest in mind, just making more money.

I feel like wanting to be thin is not inherently wrong, i know what i'm worth and if i want to use my free time trying to become hot that's my choice. The big problem is that the wrong and unhealty methods to do it are insanely advertised, everybody tries to sell you miracolous potions, tools or bizzare diets. I lost 35 libs since 2016, there are no cheats, i went to a doctor who teached me how to eat better (not less) and than to a personal trainer to learn how to exercise, if someone tell you that there are easier ways they lie.

The Daily Mail ran this story a couple of days ago, then the next day advertised well guess what? Tea that makes you s**t.....

Its not just celebritities. Its also suicide girls like Lua Suicide who has pushed tummy tea as well. Instagram influencers, nude suicide girls, or insta models can push this as well.

Detox c**p isn't real guys!! Your liver and kidneys are your filters and detoxes your body for you automatically!! Didn't school teach you this! Companies and businesses wants to make money off of people because they know you will believe them through advertisement and such! Do your research people before buying any detox stuff. It doesn't work and your wasting your money!

Good for her. Anyone who is willing to cause others abdominal cramping and diarrhea for some extra cash are a bunch of creepy little losers!

I love Jameela because she did a news report about the immoral hair weave industry and the exploitation that goes along with it. I wish more black (or anyone else wearing regular hair pieces) women would consider having a look at it. She’s right about the diet pills too.
