Her spouse, Brad, went to their Facebook page to ask why she was getting fired but, unfortunately, didn’t get an answer. Now, thousands of Internet users are seeking justice for Brad’s wife by trolling Cracker Barrel’s Facebook page. People are asking why Brad’s wife was fired and making jokes wherever they have the chance – which means on every single post! But things escalated pretty hilariously with thousands of people demanding an answer for Brad
People are trolling their Facebook page by asking why Brad’s wife was fired and making jokes wherever they have the chance

Unfortunately, Cracker Barrel is ignoring all the trollers
The worst part?
She was fired on her husband’s birthday

Boy, Cracker Barrel is really caught in a crack here. Its lose-lose, no matter what they do. If they don't state why Brad's wife was fired, they are hiding from the truth. If they do state why, they are violating the privacy of Brad's Wife, and opening themselves to a lawsuit. What a Chinese Fire Drill this one is. I can imagine this one becoming a funny movie before this is all over.

If they actually did respond with the reason for her being fired on a public forum like this then and only then could they be legitimately criticized if not have legal action taken against them. I don't see that as a win - she could have been fired for valid reasons. What if anyone fired then starts a similar campaign? Companies can't allow themselves to be pressured into rehiring (or not firing) people they have valid reasons to do so .
