In other words, if he wants in, it’s probably an easily doable little jump or climb. Then again, our pets all have their own personalities, and quirks, and brain cell deficiencies….just like us. Pretty sure there have been plenty of people who were already nearly inside through the window but kept yelling their heads off for someone to open the damned door so they can come in.

I'm not judging OP (my own cat stole pizza once...) but general PSA: garlic and onions are toxic to dogs AND cats, and pizza sauce usually has both, either in fresh or powdered form (or both.) You can share crust with your doggos and cattos as long as the crust is sauce-free. But don't let them have any of the rest of the pizza. Tomatoes are also toxic to dogs and cats. (A few stolen bites probably won't do lasting damage unless you have a very smol catto or doggo.) If you are having a pizza night, make sure you know where your pet (or pizza...) is at all times and do not leave the pizza unattended. Better safe than sorry :)

Little tip, you know the treat sticks that function as edible toothbrushes, which are sold in supermarkets? We gave it to our dog after every meal of her life, like one gives a normal treat to your dog, and she never had a single cavity in her life.
