Share on FacebookI wouldn’t know what type of mushrooms those were even in the unblurred photo!
I'm definitely not "eagle eyed". The reason I did well is because my vision sucks so I'm good at guessing. Duh.
If they didn’t have the options below, I’d have failed. The mushroom question was unfair.
Some of them, even with the options, I *still* couldn’t guess, like a “lamp.” It was just a lump in the blurred photo, but even in the sharp photo, it’s a sharp object shaped like a house. I’m prolly being unreasonable with this suggestion, but Howzabout a photo of a lamp shaped like a lamp? If we can’t tell what the item is in the sharp photo, there’s no hope with the blurred photo aside from a one-in-four guess. 😕
Load More Replies...Some of these were really poor photos to start with. I’d love to know what percentage of people guessed the “mouse” one, as even in the clear photo, it doesn’t look like any mouse I’ve ever seen (and I worked at a company that made mice!), but rather an earbud, but my point is why not use a photo that is *obviously* a mouse, a type we all recognize? Using an unusual mouse and expecting us to recognize it doesn't make much sense. Likewise the “lamp.” Even in the sharp photo, I’m just taking the author’s word for it that it’s a lamp. If we can’t tell what the sharp photo is, how can we possibly be able to guess at the blurred version?, Asking us to name an uncommon (to the average American) type of mushroom most Americans have never seen is silly, blurred or unblurred. It woulda been much funner and more rewarding had the source photos been of immediately-recognizable items!
17/20!!! But my eyesight's fücked so that's how I see the world normally without glasses.
I never could tell your moon from Uranus. (Look, someone had to say it, and frankly I'm shocked no-one else did already.)
We didn’t because the joke was worn out on us by the time we were 15, so I’m guessing you’re 15 or younger. 😉 (Same goes for the “banana for scale” jokes, and pretty much any di¢k joke ever invented.)
