Today Belogradchik has a world-famous reputation, which is undoubtedly deserved. Belogradchik Rocks, which is an amazing natural phenomenon for more than 200 million years, fell into the rankings for the eighth wonder of the world.
They are located on a territory of 30 km in length and close to 7 km in width. Their unique forms are the basis for them to receive different names, such as “The rider”, “Madonna”, “Castle”, “Adam and Eve”.
