I absolutely adore Belgrade city. Belgrade is a capital of Serbia but for me this city is a capital of beauty too. Especially in some wonderful spring and summer days there is amazing atmosphere in city which is not so easy to capture.
Because of that, I combined photography and photo-manipulation to try to reflect not only what I see but rather even what I feel when I’m walking through Belgrade. This series of photos is just one little part of my 4 years long friendship with my lovely city. Sometimes I must wake up very early to catch the sun at sunrise, and often it is not possible to take a photo of very dramatic light. Then I must combine two or more photos and a process of retouching take few hours to get final photography.

I really like some of them but overall I feel like the super heavy postprocessing is ruining the set (don't take me wrong, I do post process all my pics also, but I'm just not really liking that flashy super heavy HDR look in general) For example, I really love the mood and colors on Miljakovac or Kalemegdan but New Belgrade or Studentski Park are really hurting my eyes ><

I like how you working with shadow. Really natural retouching! Skins smoothening is on high level! I send my photo in this company, guys from FixThePhoto provides professional portrait photo retouching. They reshape face in photos, edit eye color, whiten teeth , remove braces in pictures, and fix frizzy hair in Photoshop.
Thanks a lot for sharing, it has brightened my morning. The atmosphere of some of them make me think of a story. And yes, the city looks beautiful!

Great pics and details only try to control the highlights or the sun overexposure, and beware of the jealous wannabe photographers. ;)
I wish that colors in reality were as saturated and vibrant as shown in pictures, but unfortunately gray is predominant in that city. You really need to push that ''saturation'' slider in Photoshop to the max to get these effects.
What a wonderful places! I would like to see them with my own eyes someday. In my country there is some places like these, but they aren not near here too. Thank you
