First they have to learn the difference between imagination and reality. Which is difficult when they've been taught for their entire lives that a specific group of corrupt individuals peddling most of these blatant lies can be trusted to tell them the truth...

There will never be enough evidence for some of them. There will always be people that believe in something so much that it becomes a part of their identity. Take a look at the steps people have gone through to show flat earthers that their beliefs are wrong and in the end the flat earthers simply refuse to believe. It is called the backfire effect and what happens is that their beliefs become that much stronger even when faced with empirical evidence that states otherwise.

Dpnt ask me, ask a few commenters here on BP. If they saw me in person, they'd spit on me, even as I stitched up their wounds, if I ask their vaccination status. I got laid flat for a couple days by the vaccine, but I've seen people laid flat *forever* by the virus. Hmmm..... 90% chance of no disease to much-less-severe disease, or risk the virus? Which, if you survive, can have horrible long-term effects ------- worst I've seen that survived is a 24-year-old who needs a double lung transplant, no, he wasn't vaccinated ----- ranging from fatigue to pain to difficulty breathing. And I could show them all that, and they'd still say, "But but but but but..."

Yeah I got my second dose in June and I’m doing fine. I didn’t even get much in the way of side effects immediately after. I’m not looking forward to the booster, but I’m guessing I’m not the only one who’s not looking forward to getting the old medical stabberino again. I’m not afraid of needles, it just hurts.

I had the booster shot too. Nothing. Am I sterile? Who knows? I am 60, there are no fertile young women banging at my door wanting a baby from me, but I suspect it would still work just fine.

It's kinda sad. I asked a person online today why they believe the media is lying but believe whatever source it is they do believe. Was nice about it. They replied with 2 tiktok videos. One of a crying man talking about his son who died after being vaccinated. No idea where he was or who he was, so no way to check what the circumstances of the kid's death were. The other a video of someone fainting outside a vaccine clinic. They then ranted on about how our govt (NZ) is mistreating the people of Tokelau. I unliked that page then. I want to help these people, but I've finally realised they have issues I can't help them with. I believe the vaccine will affect some people badly - so does the contraceptive pill and chemo and many other drugs these people wouldn't say no to if they needed them. Unfortunately they won't take the vaccine until they see people dying around them and then it will be too late for many.

not everyone believes because of evidence. some people believe because of faith. some because of repetition of statements and allegations. google "the big lie".
