That is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. Movies set in the dead of winter (or in extreme cold locales) never have vapor coming out of the actor's mouth. If you're shooting the movie on a sound stage or on a California street and it's supposed to be a cold scene, CGI in the vapor so it looks believable!

I actually think it was a great movie, portraying the professional killer as someone who's so morally upright he not only takes the abandoned young girl into his protection but also rejects any possibility of entering into anything improper with her. OK, it's been a whole since I watched it, but my memory is that the lack of anything sexual going on between them is a core part of the movie's message.
