After the drama at the Skopje Zoo when the baby gibbon was rejected by its mother, the baby gibbon Delphina is still living with its mother the zookeeper Zera and is doing great.

Pandas, where are you??? This was the first time that I´ve been the first person to upvote some cute photos of a post, I hope and pray the baby gibbon isn´t sick somehow and that was not the reason why her mama rejected her because instinctively animal mamas often reject sick, disabled or too weak babies, not only at zoos, also in their natural habitat.
Cuteness overload, I hope the baby gibbon´ll survive and grow to be a happy gibbon soon.
I follow Goran on Bored Panda now and also sent him a request on FB, I saw that he´s also a big animal lover and would be happy if we could be friends.
So adorable - who could reject her? Just wondering if the biological mother had no mom skills or if there is a hidden genetic issue. There is usually an explanation of some sort.
I´m fearing some disease of the baby gibbon either, normally no animal mama rejects her baby for no reason... But eventually the mama´s been bottle-raised for some reason and never learned to care for an own baby. That might also be an explanation.
