In this art exhibition by Cartú, the viewer was invited to experience a carefully curated space that was actively changing over the time presented.
Cartú is a Multidisciplinary artist who explores space and materiality through different time-activated elements such as frozen ink, melting wax, ice and butter, combined with the more stable structures of plaster, concrete, ceramics, wood and canvas.
For the first time in New York City, Cartú used Parasol’s contemporary Pop Up space to present a series of graphic and sculptural works in Salon style.
