When you wear something outrageous or silly, something that makes a stranger smile, you can remind adults of a child like joy they have nearly forgotten exists.

A few years ago I went to a festival and took a heap of glow sticks, the next year I took a string of fairy lights, my obsession with being covered in lights grew from there, I have made some really great friends just by being ‘that girl covered in lights’
