This year for the first time in my life I was traveling to other continents in long-haul flights.
After unpacking plastic bags with pillows, blankets, headphones, eating tasteless food, drinking 100% pure artificial orange juice, pretending to be reading a book, watching 3 movies, finally, I felt my eyes closing.
But sleeping in the plane was not that simple.

Being tall, this is about the only one that works for me. Still not comfortable. Maybe if I can lean against the bulkhead.

Add the one where you curl up in your chair into a scrunched-up S shape. I'm tiny and only 5'4" and I can do this on flights.

I can't sleep well on flights, mainly because I'm tall. It is one reason I avoid red eye flights.
