Cat With Heterochromia And Extra Toes Was Neglected And Abandoned By Previous Owners, Now Is An Instagram Star (30 Pics)
Interview With Owner
We can’t believe how beautiful and unique this feline is. Sansa is a cat from New York who had been neglected and abandoned by her previous owners when she was just 1.5 years old. Fortunately, she’s found her forever home after being adopted by her new owner Karen who has helped turn her into an Instagram star.
Now, Sansa is 5 years old and she stands out from the crowd. She has heterochromia which means she has different-colored eyes. What’s more, she has polydactyly—she was born with more toes than usual: Sansa has 6 digits on her front paws and 4 and 5 digits on her hind ones. Scroll down, upvote your favorite photos of Sansa, and let us know if you’d rescue a cat just like her, dear Pandas. Make sure to check out Sansa's Instagram page!
“Sansa is an incredibly sweet-natured, gentle, loving cat,” owner Karen told Bored Panda. Read on to learn more about the adorable cat!

Thank you to Karen and Jack for reminding us that special needs pets are truly special. Not every pet can be perfect. It's not always how they look, but what is in their hearts. It takes a special person to adopt these family members. You both are a perfect example of "faith in humanity" and may more of us follow your example and open our hearts and home. Sansa, you ARE beautiful!!

Well, take the photo before I fall asleep. A star like me doesn't stay posed for long.
