Hello Santa Claus,
I noticed you do not come to Africa and it took me 34 years to realize that. I live in Nigeria and I also understand why you wouldn't even like to waste your time coming down here.
But I think there are millions of children down here who still believe that one day you 'd visit and bring them presents because you will be able to see clearly that they are innocent of all the crimes committed by the elites in Nigeria.
Here is my pain; this Christmas has been the worse since 2015. Insecurity , oppression, no health care, no good school, unaffordable education, high cost of food prices, flooding, assassination,Fulani herdsmen killing with the support from the Federal Government,avoided deaths,Military and Police unlawful killing of innocent citizens like chicken.
Here is a secret , the region seen on international news and documentaries as the poorest and crisis-affected region is actually not true.
It is a strategy and a weapon for looting and terrorism.
Back to the main reason , I am writing to you now. I wish for a New President like Peter Obi because I want you to be able to come down here and visit us with presents , to put smiles on the faces of all the lovely children in Nigeria.
I also want next year's Christmas to be the best ever because we deserve everything good.
I know I am also speaking the mind of millions of Nigerians as we enter into election period next year.
If Peter Obi doesn't win , I know this year will be the last time I will ever be here on Bored Panda to write you a letter.
We will all be dead if Tinubu or Atiku becomes president. South Sudan will be far better than Nigeria. As it is we are now like Afghanistan. No freedom of speech, death everywhere, starvation, most people are having mental breakdown, suicide is on the increase as we speak 15 suicide cases daily.
Things are really really bad in Nigeria.
I hope to hear from you , if you ever feel sorry for us and willing to grant my wish.
