Yup. Before life got sophisticated with specially made traveling carrying cases I always emptied out my school backpack and stuffed everything in and was ready to go. Stop by 7-Eleven to grab a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper and a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos and that was a Friday night.

I didn't grow up with any rich friends with an over the top set up like this and glad I didn't. I grew up like the kids in E.T., with the cool mom that let us sit around the table and drink beer and smoke cigarettes and cuss and play cards. I'll take that over something like this picture any day. I'd be too awkward and uncomfortable around people with a setup like that. Not my kind of people.
