You can't say "Nice try!" to a wrong answer when there are are only two choices!

Well, you *can*... but it's kind of redundant.

Aren't atoms smaller than cells? Google seems to agree with me.

Yes they are, but it specifically asked for the smallest *unit of life*. Got gotten by this one, as well :(

Number 2: cells are made up of atoms.

Atoms are not “living”. There are many particles smaller than atoms.

Question 30 is neither. The concept of Tabula Rasa has been around since ancient Greek times; Aristotle, Avicenna, Thomas Aquinas and Rene Descartes all expounded the theory of Tabula Rasa, or blank slate, and proposed that all human behaviour is learned.

Aristotle came up with the concept. Ibn Sina coined the phrase. Thomas Aquinas brought it to Christianity. John Locke popularized it. So, I'd go with one of the first two.

I would not describe these questions as "Mind-bending". When did WW2 end is not exactly mind bending.

"attributed to". In other words, it's not asking who actually invented it.

Why even begin to take it a quiz when you know you’ll never make it thru it because it’ll go to a blank screen and force you to push the back button and go back to the home page. Bored panda s***s.

Same. I can get 100% correct since I keep getting refreshed on and can answer the questions I got initially wrong correct the second (or sixth) time through. What the heck, Internet? I thought we should be getting better at this stuff not worse.

Horrible. Too many oddly-specific things - are they things taught in America schools? and too many un-named people. I know who it was, but I don't know what they look(ed) like.

Yeaps, these kind of quizes here on BP are mostly USA-centered. No need to downvote, because it's true. In Europe, in european countries, the teaching has another focus. There were questions (USA writers, songs), where I was just guessing. And I'm sure, that in asian or african countires the teaching is focusing on very different things like in the USA or Europe.
