Cats often talk with their bodies and voices, which is why it’s necessary for us to understand just how to better communicate with them. One of the most common ways cats try to communicate is with their tails.When it’s puffed up or curved around your hand, it’s their way of showing you they love you. 1. Blink Slowly

Slow blinking may look awkward to you, however they mean a great deal to cats. If your cat does this, it actually means he or she is happy to see you. In their world when you blink it creates a safe space and conveys that you pose no threat.
