It wouldn't be, because the padding is right up against the frame, so once you sat your weight down on the cushion it would be as flat as the frame or lower causing stress on the back of your thighs. But it is cute!

my problem with this is that it means that you have to be their for your pet to eat, we give our cat 2 meals a day, but she doesnt eat it all at once so she would be pestering us to open it up so that she can eat.
