Patrick Stewart Meets His New Foster Pit Bull, Falls In Love Immediately
Sir Patrick Stewart, a British actor best known for his roles in Star Trek and X-Men, just shared a video of him meeting his new foster pup Ginger – and it’s just pure emotion. The new pup is a pit bull, and it’s the first dog of this particular breed for Stewart and his partner. Celebrities adopting pit bulls are a powerful force against the prevailing prejudice associated with these dogs, as they are often mistakenly considered overly aggressive and not worthy of love.
The message of the video is clear – rescue dogs are so sweet, they can melt even the heart of Captain Jean-Luc Picard. So go ahead and adopt, don’t shop.

That dog is not going to be "foster" for more than ten minutes. I'd say he's got himself a dog. It never fails.
My dog is LABELED as Aggressive!!! I have a Chow Akita mix!!! I've had her since she was 8 weeks old not an Aggressive bone in her body!! Its how you raise them. if they are trained to be aggressive thats what you get.
It's not that they are not worthy of love, its that they come from a background of fighting and being bred for aggression and fighting. This makes them dangerous. The vast majority of this breed will not maim or kill anyone. But some will. The only question you need to answer is if you feel like taking a chance that the one that you get will not snap and attack you or someone you love. Before you get this breed, you might want to check out dogsbite.org .
Agree with both of you. You must be careful and have a good understanding of a dogs behavior. Igrew up with pits & hybrids never a problem.
