Achanakmar Wildlife Sanctuary
The Achanakmar Wildlife Sanctuary is a home for different species of flora and fauna. The AWS Sanctuary is covered with different species of trees and medicinal plants. Flora of the Sanctuary comprise the trees of sal, saja, bija and bamboo. Fauna found in the sanctuary includes leopards, gaur, chital, Bengal tigers, striped hyena, jackals, the sloth bear, dhole, sambar, nilgai, four-horned antelope, chinkara, black buck, muntjak, Antilope cervicapra, Indian muntjac, and wild boar.
Indravati National Park and Tiger Reserve
The Indravati National Park is a home for different species of flora and fauna. Flora of the Indravati Tiger Reserve mainly comprise the tropical moist and dry deciduous type forests with predominance of the Sal, Teak and Bamboo trees along with rich patches of grasslands, Lendia, Salai, Mahua, Tendu, Semal, Haldu, Ber and Jamun trees. Fauna species found in this park include Wild Asian buffalos, Chital, Barking Deer, Nilgai, Gaurs, Black Buck, Chausingha (Four-horned Antelope), Sambar, Chital, Indian Muntjac, Indian Spotted Chevrotain and Wild Boar and other herbivores.
Barnawapara Sanctuary
The Barnawapara Sanctuary is a home for different species of flora and fauna. The BS sanctuary is covered with different species of trees and medicinal plants. Flora of the sanctuary comprise different species of plants, trees and creepers. Different species of trees found in the sanctuary include Teak, Sal, Bamboo and Terminalia. Fauna species found in the sanctuary include Tigers, Sloth Bear, Flying Squirrels, Jackals, Four-horned Antelopes, Leopards, Chinkara, Black Buck, Jungle Cat, Barking Deer, Porcupine, Monkey, Bison, Striped Hyena, Wild Dogs, Chital, Sambar, Nilgai, Gaur, Muntjac, Wild Boar, Cobra, Python.
Kanger Valley National Park
The Kanger Valley National Park is a home for different species of plants, trees, birds and wild animals. The KVNP park is covered with different species of trees and medicinal plants. Botanical Survey of India and other research organizations found 553 floral species out of which 12 species are new to Chhattisgarh and 43 species belongs to Chhattisgarh.

Wild Animals found in the sanctuary include both the species of herbivorous and carnivorous animals such as leopard, Hyena, Fox, Bear, Cheetal, wild buffalo, nilgai etc.
