Me too. A lot of the questions did not have my answer. For example if someone else got credit for my work, I would confront them about it, I don't care who they are.

a couple of those questions didn't have my actual response as an option or needed more context. like the long-held habit one. is it a long-held bad habit (like smoking or drinking and driving) or good habit (like being a person of my word or being on time for things)? cuz that would definitely determine my response.

My actual response to most of this wasn't even on here. If it's an opinion, if the person has more experience/education on the matter, I may defer to their expertise, otherwise what in the sam hill makes their opinion worth more than mine? Two people remember the same event two different ways? Of course they do, that's how it works. The truth generally lies somewhere in between. Anything with verifiable facts, look up the facts and go from there. Whether or not I forgive someone is entirely dependent on whether or not the offense is a pattern or a one off. The answers on here weren't complete. I'm not optimistic, I'm more read up on it and go with the most logical....istic.

Optimism Bias You tend to expect positive outcomes and focus on possibilities rather than pitfalls. This makes you resilient, adventurous, and hopeful - a natural cheerleader for yourself and others. However, it can sometimes lead you to underestimate risks or ignore warning signs. You pick opportunities that excite you, assume people will improve, and focus on what could go right rather than what might go wrong. Basically, you always spot the silver lining - even when it’s hiding behind a cloud.** Nope I'd definitely say I'm a pessimist, most of these questions just don't have options that reflect how I'd react.

Optimism bias?? Maybe sometimes. But I think with me it’s not really optimism, as much as thinking, “Does this really matter?” and letting it go.
