It’s about Nightmares... Worst, Nightmares...

#1

I have a weird sleep disorder called “Exploding Head” syndrome. It was triggered after I saw and experienced traumatic things while serving as a missionary in Kenya, Africa. Basically what this means is just as I’m about to fall asleep, I hear someone scream as loud as they need directly in my ear. Of course, no one is there doing this. But it still scares the hell out of me. I suppose I should consider myself lucky….there are those who hear bullet shots and think they’ve been shot. Fortunately for me, this doesn’t happen every time I fall asleep. But when it does it can truly be a nightmare.

This actually happened to me once, where I randomly woke up to hearing the loudest Computer Error sound I have ever heard, But everyone said they didn't know what I was talking about so it was just me... But how did I wake up?
