As a creative company we wanted to close our meetings and engage our clients with something more than ‘just a visiting card’. This is how the idea of The Visiting Card Story came about. I think it's a waste of time. Business cards have long gone the way of the Dinosaur as anything BUT a simple conveyance of Contact Info. Biz cards are received, scanned into the corporate contact database and tossed in the waste bin. No one cares anymore how fancy a biz card is - in fact my company only cares if its machine scanable. Save your money on Fancy Biz Cards and instead put your bucks on a website that will be easy to read, easy to find out what you're about and easy to get your contact info - everything else is nothing but ego stroking for the decision makers in that company and NOT anything to do with marketing.
