My Watercolor And Ink Illustrations Inspired By Movies

These are the illustrations I did for a drink menu of “The Grand“. I used watercolor and ink technique for my paintings. “The Grand” is located in Berlin and it was built in 1842 as a school and had been empty for the last 25 years. It was opened again in May, 2012 as a concept to be a hotel without being a hotel.

Every drink from the menu has a story. Many different movies were used as an inspiration. Mainly movies which had a hotel involved or they were shot in a famous one.
