Couple of these are quite poor. No, a compass needle will not point North if you're at the geographic South pole, it will try to align itself in an almost vertical plane but will be unable to do so because the pivot would then be horizontal, so the needle will just flop sideways due to gravity. And no, the rotating object does not "experience" centripetal force; there must be a centripetal force acting on it to cause it to continually change direction as it rotates.. . . Yeah, and I got a couple wrong because I, err, didn't know the answers. 😮
