This is really beautiful. I wish everyone had that kind of love and support in their lives.
Funny thing is, I hate pictures of myself caught off guard because I think I look really ugly in most of them. I have like the most stupid smile ever and always have my eyes closed and look like 2x fatter than I think I actually am. So this isn't really working for me. ;D
The camera adds weight, among other things. If it's any consolation, I'm no looker, but I stopped caring a few years back. I realized that my husband was drawn to that something extra that can't be conveyed in a photograph.
You know whenever I read a book a 'stupid smile' is always the first thing they mention about the cute character ;)
When I was a teenager, I got told by my best friend that I had an ugly smile. It stayed with me forever. I hate having my photo taken because people tell me to smile and I know I will have to see it. Saying that, I am a naturally happy person so my ugly smile is out there all the time.
Believe me lovely, that person was not your best friend xxx
I love photography and my favorite is scenics and landscapes. My second favorite type is candids. I think people look a lot better when you they aren't posing. Of course not all of them turn out well but overall people love the candids I take of them. Normally they don't even know I took the photo until later when I show them a print. But then I don't show people crappy photos so if it didn't turn out they'll never know it happened. :)
but you have to remember that those candid moments are genuine.....
