Many of us have seen the old Hollywood movie Predator, when the alien predator had thermal vision and could see the heat from humans. Well, that was a thermal image camera.

As time has passed, the cameras have gotten better, smaller, and more affordable, which is why I had to get one, being a wildlife photographer and outdoor person.

First impressions are good; the camera can record, and it even has a green cross that will track the hottest part of the heat subject.

If you are a hiker or go camping in the wilderness, then one of these cameras is useful when you hear a noise in the woods.

I can see where this would be useful in other countries where there are bears and wolves when camping.

The main reason I purchased one of these is I will using it a lot when I am out hiking and photographing wildlife or setting up a trail camera, mostly to see if there are any animals nearby.

I suppose even looking for a lost dog this would be a good item to have. This is the Hikmicro Lynx LE10 Monocular Pro Model.
