This is a death trap, made of paper, designed to look attractive to bored pandas and fruit flies alike — but it’s only dangerous for the flies.
Lured by the bright fruit (maybe) and the smell of wine, beer or vinegar below (for sure) the flies will wander right into the trap and they’ll never fly out alive. In a few days you’ll be rid of the pests.

Add an inch of wine, beer or vinegar to a cup, add a drop of soap (this speeds up drowning) cap it with this paper trap and place near your fruit fly infestation.
