    The black hole one is very ambiguous in the way the question is written. They've chosen a particular interpretation of "suck" and then answered by saying that gravity only acts on things "very close" to them, where the question did not imply any sort of distance. Apart from the scale of 'very close' actually being very large by Earth and solar system standards, what else would you call it when surrounding objects are drawn into a superstong gravitational force?
