Photographer Takes Pics Of Dogs In Her Town And Raises Over $120,000 For Local Animal Shelter

My name is Maria Bell. I love dogs – photographing them is my passion! I have created a series of books called ‘The Dogs of Oakville’ to showcase some of the beautiful dogs that live in our lovely town in Southern Ontario, Canada.

Since their introduction, these books have raised over $120,000 for our local shelter, the Oakville & Milton Humane Society.

The following images are from the first edition, ‘Tails of Distinction’ published in 2012. This edition is no longer available for purchase but was responsible for raising the first $25,000 donated to the OMHS.
