19 People Spotted Acting Like Entitled Jerks On Thanksgiving
There are always people who think they deserve more than everybody else. They constantly ask for a discount, try to gorge on more freebies than they can carry, never tip, and always try to get things for free. And there’s a specially dedicated place for them called “Choosing Beggars,” a 2.2M-strong subreddit that collects the most hilariously embarrassing cases.
And you may think that Thanksgiving, a national holiday which essentially encapsulates the word and the meaning giving, would stop them. Well, not really. Apparently, the festivity may as well serve as a perfect opportunity to have all its perks without putting in all the effort or losing a dime.

I don't see a problem with this? If she's no takers, then no one with $15 is interested. But I bet there are people that can swing for that amount that can't or don't want to cook their own dinner. She's not expecting homeless people to buy it.

I came here expecting gold and free cars and a Turkey, and all I got was LEFTOVERS. You ruined my children's lives with your shitty charity. For shame (It's sarcasm but that was still painful to even write!)

Leftovers and reposts! Just terrible, I tell you. This post has just ruined my poor, hermaphroditic, conjoined childrens' last Thanksgiving, because they are dieing of gangrenous hemmeroids, cancer of the hair follicles and super AIDS. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves! As recompense, I demand $1000 for every post that's on here. (Just wanna say, all that was sarcasm)

I was just thinking this. It was never this bad, before 2000 ish? Not sure. But how did it get so bad? People don't get their way, and they won't budge. Or if someone won't give in, that person is automatically selfish and the cause of problems where others suffer. I really am curious as to why this is so bad. Sure, some people were never told 'no'. Some people just don't stand up to these people, so their behavior is basically enabled. But why else? If this wasn't a big issue before, how and why is it so bad? I want to understand what happened. (Sorry for the rant)
