Same. But, I can tell you the secret to good tomato sauce - listen to Black Sabbath in their original line up while cooking. Also - blend some dried tomatoes if you're after a more intense taste. Stir in after cooking, they're cooked enough already. And, if in any way in question - another clove of garlic almost always is an improvement, almost never makes it worse, and therefore - them in, them many! Risotte ... pffff ... pasta > rice!

Interestingly, Comic Sans is one of the easier typefaces for dyslexics to read.

I am so bored of this comic sans cr*p. It started as a joke meme and people take it far too seriously. Words are written to be read and understood. People with literacy issues are able to understand far better when comic sans is used. As a school teacher, it is the only font I will use.

We do renovations for our landlord, and he had one tenant where we could not get the smell out of the apartment no matter what we did. Three coats of paint, replacing the flooring in the kitchen, hallways and bathroom, using a carpet cleaning machine in all the rooms with carpet (doing it twice), and the smell still didn't leave. I sort of understand why someone with a bad experience might say this.

And incense. Getting the smell of that out of soft furnishings can be impossible.

Yeah, the smell lingers forever! I once bought a treadmill from an Indian couple and that thing never lost the scent of curry. But banning people from cooking their county's traditional food is not very nice.

After renting a ground floor apartment that shared ONE wall with the unit next door that had a couple and their only child, I have to say, I would never want to rent to anyone who had kids or ever live next to kids again. I'm sorry, you may be the only mother in history to keep your kids quiet enough to not disturb the other tenants and not destroy the apartment, but if so, you are the only one. Every other renting parent I've know, including the one I lived next to, lets their kids scream and stomp-run non-stop and completely ruin the place they're living in, costing thousands of dollars to repair. I don't blame the landlords for rejecting people with kids one bit.

This is so sad! I prefer renting out to a Family with kids and dogs rather than to a single lawyer without kids and a heart for animals! And we literally do!
