Vinny Capaldo-Smith decided to pop the question to his girlfriend Brooke Wodark by asking her to tattoo his leg, but when he rolled up his shorts, Brooke was surprised to find that a tattoo was already there! “Will you marry me?” read the message above two empty boxes, one for “yes” and one for “no”.
