“I Teach Swimming To Kids For Free. Mom Demands That I Teach Her Son Exclusively And Give Her The Money”

I really hate women like this. I'm a single mom and I don't beg for anything. People like her give single mothers a bad name. Well, at least I understand why she is a SINGLE mom smh..

I would have reported her for child endangerment! She literally said she would throw her child (who cannot swim) into a pool and blame whatever happens next on the trainer. Whether she meant it or not, that type of behavior is insane.

We bought new kitchen appliances to remodel our kitchen. I put our not very old stove out for bulk pickup with a free and working perfectly well sign on it. Not even a couples of hours before this lady knocked on our door. She asked why I'm giving it away, how would she be sure it works and if I could deliver it to her house? Yes it really happens.

Sounds like a trolling attempt. I refuse to believe such people actually exist.

Unfortunately, there is no cure for stupidity. This demanding woman is a terminal case. I feel sorry for her son.

Honestly frightens me that some people are this crazy and entitled. I was selling a $10 lamp on Kijiji the other day and someone asked if I could do $5, I said I couldn't and she sent me a series of texts like this women did, saying I was materialistic, selfish and clearly hated my life and I was miserable, and then tried to make me feel sorry for her because her lamp broke and she would have to go 'lamp-less' like it's a f*****g lamp, you can make do if you don't have one!? If you were really that desperate you could fork over the $10 for a lamp! I just blocked her. Honestly don't understand how people can be this insane!?

I like how lady of the left acts like a total b***h but there are hundreds of thousands single mothers holding there own AND paying for there child to be taught how to swim, in fact, they probably teach their child their selves. Selfish b***h using here situation as a over bearing crutch instead of doing the right thing and either wait or get another person

This woman has serious issues and the child does not need to be living with her. Nobody is entitled to anything because they are a single parent as that is a choice. (Single parent raised two great kids by myself). I feel so sorry for the child and hope other stable family members are involved in his life.

Pity the poor child having a mother like that!

At all the people who think this is fake, it can be but if you knew at least something about Indian moms and their attitude that their kids are above everyone, you'll believe this.

"I can't afford it. I am a single mom." Excuse you? There are plenty of single parents who manage to afford things for their kids. If she can't, maybe this cow should get off her lazy, entitled A*S and get a damn job. Also, I (sarcastically) like that she's getting pissy because the instructor took more than a couple minutes to respond, especially after already being told that she was at work at the time. Add to that the unreasonable demands and the fact she seriously said she would just toss her kid into the water and blame the teacher for him drowning....Jfc. The fact that there are people like that in this world makes me physically ill. Poor kid. I feel bad for him, having to grow up with such an absolute monster of a mother.

Why would she promise to take the kid to the pool when she had not even spoken to the instructor to make arrangements? Probably a bluff. Or she told her son "that selfish b*tch wont give you lessons. What a horrible person"

...and it was exactly at 11:35 that the swim teacher knew this was gonna wind up on the internet....

I think the person asking for lessons is a troll or its a person that is just looking for reactions. The grammar of this mom drove me nuts! Plus, it just got worse and worse as she typed away about his son needing lessons. The lady (swim trainer), had way more patience than I would have had. I would have said something about her many ignorant s****y messages!! Like I said though, I think it was fake anyhow.

Did this woman reported this to the police? In my country if you say something like this your kids will me removed from you and you'll be under psychiatric observation.

She might need the money to see a psychiatrist

It is so hard for me to comprehend that people like this actually exist in the world.

Reading this thread, I understand the two main points: the reason for her son anxieties (poor kid, by the way) and especially, especially: the many reasons for her celibacy!

she said that the trainer have more flexible time than her. but from the conversation, looks like she got nothing to do except demands for impossible things while the trainer is working. so, i can bet that she's just a person with very very bad mental illness....

Poor child. He has to grow up with a shrew like his mom raising him.

Unfortunately, I know a person like that. She is both entitled and a full-fledged conspiracy nut with a persecution complex. She can't hold on a job because she's very aggressive about her weird beliefs (aliens, magic, etc) and if you try to contradict her she'll burst into tears that you're oppressing her "freedom of thought". She also sends everyone on her contact list incoherent messages on whatsapp pretty similar to those in the above posting and lately she's been calling the cops to accuse random people of stealing from her and sue her relatives who (understandably) want to get her checked up by a psychiatrist and get custody of her children. Sad story. :/
