Crime is still on the rise in Storm Valley which forces Professor Faultly to question his pursuit of being a vigilante. Things are going smoothly, until his duties prompt him to spring into action. Fighting against the forces of evil continues, then an unexpected event takes place at the end of his crime fighting shift!

Faultly is excited about the city manager’s plans of building a new food bank. At the same time, he is nervous about a possible heist by the Pachino brothers at the fund raising event.
