It”s been like a month I’m trying to catch the Milky Way, having in my head the idea of getting the Milky Way over the snow…Photography phone application ( PlanIt ) showed me that i have a chance to catch it, it is just before Dawn. A tricky shot because u have to be on a location not facing a high mountain since to the east is all MONT LEBANON and the elevation of the Milky Way will be like 13 degree before vanishing.

Till yesterday!! it was so clear the Milky Way was seen by our naked eyes with an elevation of 30 degree. One negative thing at this location was the street lights, never faced such it was remarkable with its yellowish tint spreading all over the landscape. One thing to do is to walk and discover the place, find a great composition and trying to avoid street lights; it wasn’t easy because it was new to me the location, having in mind the idea or maybe the concept of getting it over the snow. Not to forget that snow in our night photography can play a good role by reflecting coming lights everywhere so technically snow is in my side but not its low temperature to my body. spending like 4 hours on a frozen snow is not easy at all. but who cares when you come back with big catch.!!!
