Two Friends Document The Beautiful Styles Of Seniors Across The US, And Prove Age Is Just A Number
Chinatown Pretty, a blog created by Valerie Luu and Andria Lo, two friends and the second-generation Asian-American who love dim sum and chasing after pretty grandmas is dedicated to explore the wonderful styles of seniors living in various Chinatowns across the United States.
Chinatown Pretty combines urban utilitarianism with unexpected sartorial selections that makes the heart go a-flutter and celebrate the ingenuity, flair, and beauty of San Francisco Chinatown and its longtime residents.
There are plenty of memorable looks on the blog including an elegant former dancer who loves a good pleated trouser and socks and sandals, lots of them. Hopefully, Chinatown Pretty brings you joy and it will put a smile on your face.

Stan, Chotchkie's Manager: Do you have enough flair? Fifteen is the minimum, okay? Now, you know it's up to you whether or not you want to just do the bare minimum. Or... well, like Brian, for example, has thirty seven pieces of flair, okay.

This lady loves her some red - the lucky color of China! and worn almost exclusively like this by "senior" ladies!!

Oh Wow!! That vest inside her jacket with the patterned shirt and scarf--set off by the bracelets! This is some serious, serious style.
