Her name is Harley Fowler, and she is reportedly a freshman at the University of Georgia.
According to a report by The Spun, she was identified by her TikTok handle, @harlyisbae.

Her latest TikTok video further confirmed her identity, as she filmed herself in a dorm-room mirror wearing the same black dress seen during the broadcast.
In the clip, Harley lip-syncs to Delta Dawn by Tanya Tucker while gently swaying to the music.
She also showed her team spirit in the caption, writing in all caps, “GO DAWGS BEAT TEXAS!”
Since her unexpected viral moment, Fowler has gained thousands of new followers on TikTok, with her account now nearing 14,000 followers.

Even though this is something that is not news worthy and the girl is obviously a social media j****e and is probably loving all the attention, I actually find this quite disturbing. So you go to an event to watch a game, the camera operator thinks you're hot and gives you 3 seconds of screen time, and as a result all the creeps of the internet hunts you down, finds you, and releases your identity to the masses. If it were me I wouldn't be flattered, I'd be afraid! This is boss level stalking and media outlets shouldn't be making light of it.

I was thinking the same. In this case, she wanted it. But what if it was someone who was truly stunning and didn't show cleavage (because she's mainly called stunning because she has a cleavage and is not dressed for a sportsgame - her face is nice but there are soooo many women who have a pretty face too. Are they not stunning because they wear sweaters?). But imagine, a girl like that gets spotted and then hunted down while she doesn't want it....

We've had cameramen picking out the pretty girls at the soccer/football World Cup for decades. There was a suggestion that some models were given tickets to improve the look of the crowd - no-one wants to see a lot of fat bald men, which is what a lot of fans look like. Social media now allows the shallow to share - in the old days one just said "Cor!" and got back to the game.
