I spent 3 weeks in Sapporo this January, shooting streets during snowstorms. I'll share some of my favorite photos in this post.
My name is Teemu, I'm an urban street photographer based in Asia. I love to take photos especially at night, and I've been inspired by cyberpunk and noir films. My favorites include Blade Runner 2049 and Road to Perdition. I hope you like the shots!

the shape of the snow under the bridge is in the shape of a skeletal snow monster!
Terrifying driving on highways in bad weather where lane markers are obscured
Your photographs are very good. May I please use one for a painting?
Sure, would love to see the end result - please send it to me on instagram/twitter/somewhere
Your photos are absolutely breathtaking. I am in awe of your talents. But could you explain why they are cyber punk or noir film. Is it because they are taken at night in the city?
Mesmerizing, very nice photos 👍.
So beautiful, something about the cold that always feels "lonely" to me, even in a crowd. Talented beyond words, love your work.
Maybe it's the quiet. Seven inches of snow in downtown Denver today -- even with car tires making a splashing sound, it seemed very quiet in the middle of a Tuesday.
