My name is Marcin Zajac and I'm a landscape photographer from Poland, currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area in California. I have spent the last couple of years chasing the best light conditions over some of the most beautiful areas of California.
Across The Bridge
Beautiful monsoon clouds lighting up at sunset in Big Sur with a view of the historic Bixby Bridge.
Sunflowers blooming in California's Central Valley
These colorful Victorian houses known as “Painted Ladies” or “Postcard Row” with the city skyline in the backdrop are among San Francisco's most famous landmarks and have graced many postcards and movie scenes. Here's my version!
Low fog engulfing the Golden Gate Bridge during a spring sunrise.
Under The Bridge
An intense sunset burn from a hard-to-access spot on the Yerba Buena Island.
Colorful clay and mudstone badlands as seen from Zabriskie Point in the Death Valley National Park. Death Valley is a place where the highest temperature on Earth was ever recorded—56.7°C (134.1°F). However, during winter, it is a very pleasant place to visit. This shot is from a Christmas Day sunset a few years ago.
The Other Bridge
Santa Cruz Seascape
Threading The Needle
An explosive sunrise overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge and the city of San Francisco.
