Oh god, I hate when this happens. I'm sleeping and having a nice time then I go to stretch in my sleep and BOOM I'm up for the rest of the night.

The ambiguous human drawing must not suffer from reflux.
Load More Replies...Talk to a doctor first to make sure it is no permanent medical conditions. Do not eat junk food late at night.
Yeah seriously for those who might not be aware. Having just a little indigestion every night while sleeping can lead to a list of bad things that will happen if left untreated. From teeth erosion to holes in your throat. Just taking a Tums before bed will not be enough to stop it.

Elevated pillow is good but just raising your head isn't always enough and if you do it poorly can jack up your neck. Elevating the mattress with towels underneath is even better because you won't slide off the pillow during sleep back to a flat position. Or you can put risers under the legs near head of bed. A slight elevation can help. I've never been told the left side sleeping option so no idea how well that works.
Wow...what a disappointing series. The hints are either no-brainers, questionable, or in some cases even wrong. Citing single sources, even if from medical publications, will not really help, if other sources exist that suggest something different. Moreover, sleeping is highly individual. Sorry for being a wisenheimer, but this series is almost post-factual.
100% with you on this one... What a waste of time, I feel like the creator of these was simply just bored...

Not to be too harsh, but these are pretty obvious. All of them. I kind of expected it to actually give me solutions if these problems persist.
Here's what worked for me (and yes, I know it sound weird): ditch the bed, get a hammock.
What's the solution for wake up too hot, take the covers off, wake up a bit later, too cold, put the covers back on? :-)
