Netizens brutally roasted the man and claimed he was checking the Princess of Wales out in viral photos.

Kate Middleton, 43, made her very first visit to a Royal Air Force base after her father-in-law King Charles appointed her as Royal Honorary Air Commodore of RAF Coningsby in August 2023.
She visited RAF Coningsby on October 2 in Lincolnshire, England, marking her inaugural visit to the station since being bestowed with the title.
Wearing a grey checked suit, the princess received a firsthand introduction to the station and was given a tour of a fighter aircraft on stand-by.
She also took the controls of a flight simulator and “flew” around the Lincolnshire countryside.

During her visit, one photo captured her interaction with a uniformed man, whom netizens claimed was utterly captivated by her presence.
“Every man alive would look at her like that,” one said, while another wrote, “That man is in a spell.”
“Nah I wouldn’t blame my husband one bit I’d be fan girling too,” one said.

While some claimed the serviceman’s wife wouldn’t be happy, others said the spouse would completely understand her husband taking a moment to admire the princess.
“I don’t think his wife could blame him tbh !! She is pretty much perfect,” one said.
“Ah, c’mon. Who can blame a red blooded man for being in total admiration of Princess Catherine?? He has eyes after all! I’m sure William is a proud husband….” read another comment.

In another viral moment, Kate was seen gracefully descending down the staircase from a plane while the uniformed man was right behind her.
“She did that in stilettos! All class!” one commenter said.
Another wrote, “She owned those stairs like a runway. Pure elegance with power in every step.”

Kate revealed during the visit that her son Prince Louis, 7, wished to become a fighter pilot someday.
“I’m going to tell them it takes eight years and a lot of hard work,” she said.
She also shares son Prince George, 12, and daughter Princess Charlotte, 10, with Prince William.

In recent months, the princess has been making a return to royal duties after undergoing cancer treatment.
Her husband Prince William called 2024 the “hardest year” of his life amid his wife’s and father’s cancer diagnoses.
“I’d say ‘23-’24 was the hardest year I’ve ever had,” he told Schitt’s Creek star Eugene Levy for his Apple TV+ series The Reluctant Traveler.

“You know, life is sent to test us and being able to overcome that is what makes us who we are,” he said.
Elsewhere in the interview, the Prince of Wales called his family “very lucky” for not having faced too many serious illnesses in the past.

“We’ve been very lucky; we hadn’t had many illnesses in the family for a very long time. My grandparents lived until they were in the high 90s,” he said, talking about the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip.
He called his grandparents the “vision of fitness, and stoicism, and resilience.”
“So we’ve been very lucky as a family,” he continued. “But I think, when you suddenly realize that the rug, if you were, the metaphorical rug, can be pulled from under your feet quite quick at any point.”

The royal heir admitted that dealing with cancer in the family can take people to “not great places.”
“You maybe think to yourself, ‘It won’t happen to us, we’ll be OK.’ Because I think everyone has a positive outlook, you’ve got to be positive,” he told the actor.

The princess announced that she was cancer-free in September 2024 and later said in January that it was a “relief” to be in remission.

In the 90s I had a boyfriend in the Household Cavalry, Princess Diana flashed a stocking top getting into a carriage and he turned bright red trying not to look, she grinned at him like she knew he saw, which embarrassed him even more. I'm sure he still dines out on that story!

Maybe it's just me but I think he has more of a 'proud' look. Like he's proud of her, proud to be with her. I don't see any lust in his eyes, just admiration. The comments are crazy. Is he supposed to look up and be rude😂🤦🏻♀️

I've never met her, I don't move in such exalted circles, but an old friend (old in both senses of the word) has and he said he thought she was a very genuine person, looked at him while she spoke to him, not looking around her or over his head (he's in a wheelchair). I can only relate what he said, of course. (ps, BP, why am I getting ads for "automotive connectors". I wouldn't know what one was if it bit me on the ankle!)

I find it amusing how this article just refers to him as "a serviceman". Form his insignia he's a Wing Commander. The rest of the article is all just typical made-up garbage, but this is not just some squaddie, he''s a senior officer, potentially in charge of three squadrons of around 20 aircraft each (yes, in practice a WC is in charge of just one squadron, they usually have one rank higher than needed so they can take over more senior duties if needed).

I think the guy behaved like a perfect gentleman. When Kate backed down the ladder he positioned himself exactly right to catch her if she slipped but maIntained a polite distance and didn't touch her as protocol requires. Had she slipped he was ready for the catch and then the press would really have had a field day.

To be honest, it looks more like they are in a more chill moment rather than a professional setting when he shows her the jet. Why does everything have to be an attraction / romantic / sexual thing? It honestly looks like one of them made a joke they chuckle about

Kate is my favourite royal... She's classy(poised but relaxed), personable and really appears to have a genuine interest in people. I can imagine "fan-girling" over her if I ever got a chance to meet her...

Years ago, I used to be cabin crew and many of the pilots were ex-RAF (not other air forces). They were completely different from the standard commercial pilots. They were completely egalitarian and didn't give a toss about authority. When the Gulf War started in 1990, I was in the Middle East (no longer airline staff) and we looked after the RAF pilots. They were (and still are) very brave and highly intelligent. They are their own men and not regimented servicemen.

Princ. William and Catherine are made for each other and their role. I really believe they will change a lot. P Catherine has family who are not royalty which will have an impact when they are king and queen. Not like before when they were all royalty and nonsense of real life

The guy behaved exactly according to protocol and did not touch her but when she backed down the ladder he was positioned ready for the catch if she slipped and, of course he had eyes firnly on her. if she had slipped the press would have really had something to go gaga about.
