Vladimir Rumyantsev is an artist based in St. Petersburg who makes cats his main characters. He is known throughout Russia and Europe, his paintings are presented in museums in the former Soviet Union, Germany, USA, UK, Finland and Sweden.
With an incredible ease of expressing good humor in their works (with watercolor, their favorite medium) it is unlikely that they can make anyone indifferent, and we believe that cat lovers can recognize their pets in their works.
