Russian Artist Makes Art With Cats And You’ll Want To Put Them On The Wall
Vladimir Rumyantsev is an artist based in St. Petersburg who makes cats his main characters. He is known throughout Russia and Europe, his paintings are presented in museums in the former Soviet Union, Germany, USA, UK, Finland and Sweden.
