Currently based out of Mumbai, I hang around art for a living.
The following installation is a result of a skill I’ve nurtured over the years. I use waste plastic bottles and cello tape to make sculptures, yet improving everyday. This installation was commissioned by environment minister of Maharashtra, India.
Installed at Worli sea face for a three day festival in 2013 in Worli, Mumbai. The sculpture is made out of 800kg (40-50,000 plastic bottles) of recycled waste & cello tape. It measured 15feet by 75 feet.
