I'm Maik Zehrfeld, a full-time blogger living in Berlin, sharing original, entertaining, and inspiring content on LangweileDich.net for about 14 years. In between, I got the idea of making a quiz magazine, but that didn't really take off. After a while, I thought: Why not make a regular series from the type of quiz I liked the most preparing as content and what I already did like solving as a kid (and still do)?
So, since the beginning of this year, I publish search-the-differences-images on my blog. "FehlerFindFreitag" it's called in German, which means something like "ErrorFindingFriday" in English. Every week I try to pick up on a topical theme like holidays, tv show releases, or news and manipulate a corresponding image, photoshopping a changing number of differences in them to find.
Some of them bite your eye immediately; others are a lot harder to find. I like getting feedback on my readership on what differences were the first or hardest ones to find. Of course, I offer a visual solution on my blog each time, so you don't get entirely frustrated, not seeing that last difference. Hopefully, these images can take your minds off of things for a while, and you enjoy finding the hidden spots. Have fun searching!

I see the downvote trolls were at work again. Up voted everyone, because this was a great activity.
If you're ever in the situation of wanting the solution to one of these types of puzzle, e.g. because you've been looking for an hour and you're missing a difference and you're not having fun any more, there is a quick way to cheat. Warning: This will of course ruin all the fun of actually finding the differences!! You have to be capable of crossing your eyes like for those old Magic Eye images, though. Get both images onscreen and side-by-side (as opposed to top/bottom like most of these). You may need to rotate the screen (or your head) or shrink the browser page - I'll let you look up how to do that stuff. If you then cross your eyes until you see the images superimposed, the differences will stand out. They'll kind of pop off the screen. Alternately you could right-click and "Open Image in New Tab" and use Cntrl-PgUp/Ctrl-PgDn to quickly (and without looking away) switch back and forth between the tabs, that should help although not as much as the Magic Eye method. Cheers!
Or just load the two images into a image editor, and subtract them.
Load More Replies...I used to love these as a kid and was freakishly good at it. My secret was when I got stuck, I would turn the images upside down. Looking at the photos in an unconventional angle made the differences pop.
These are really cool! Growing up, I used to look forward to borrowing a new 'spot the difference' book every time we went to the library. I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed that. Thank you for sharing!
